Second class shipping is available for £5.00. (Free for orders over £200).
First class shipping is also available for £6.50.
Returns Policy
We understand that buying shoes online isn't always straightforward. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a simple and hassle-free returns process.
You may return any new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All we ask is that items are returned in their original condition and original packaging.
You can return your item in one of three easy ways:

Short on time? Let us take care of it for you.
Simply send us a message with your order number, and we'll provide you with an Evri return label.
- £5 for drop-off at an Evri location
- £6 for home collection
The cost will be deducted from your refund.
2. Return It Yourself
Prefer to arrange your own return?
Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll confirm the return address (also included in your parcel).
3. Free Exchanges
Need a different size or style? No problem.
We offer a free exchange service—our team will collect your original pair and send out your replacement (subject to availability) at no extra cost.
